Terminology
Feeds - Feeds contain all of your content (episodes).
Episodes - Episodes may be of type audio, video, or news.
Overview
DoggCatcher ships with a few sample feeds so you can see how it works with audio, video, and news.
One of the sample feeds is 'DoggCatcher - User Guide'. This guide covers most of the usage and configuration for the application.
To get familiar with DoggCatcher, we recommend experimenting by pressing and long-pressing on feeds, and items. There are also menu actions on each screen.
Adding feeds
From the feeds tab, press on the + button at the top right of the screen. You can add feeds by browsing, searching, importing, or manually entering a feed URL.
Navigation
Navigating through the application is done by pressing on rows, buttons, and using the back button.
Auto Download
By default, feeds are not configured to auto-download any media, but they can be configured to do so by long pressing on the feed, selecting 'Feed Options', and adjusting 'Auto Download'.
